Refund Policy

At Indievybe, we prioritize a seamless and trustworthy event experience for both attendees and organizers. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and flexibility. Please read the guidelines below to understand how refund requests are handled on our platform.


For Attendees

Requesting a Ticket Refund

  1. Log into your Indievybe account via the mobile app or website.
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" and select the relevant event.
  3. Click "Contact Event Organizer" on the event page.
  4. Choose "Request a Refund", select your reason, and provide any necessary details.
  5. The event organizer will respond within 5 business days.
Please Note: Refund approvals are subject to the organizer's discretion. Indievybe does not guarantee refunds unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Escalating an Unanswered Request

If you do not receive a response after 5 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.


For Event Organizers

Full Event Refunds

  1. Sign into your Indievybe dashboard via a web browser.
  2. Select the event and click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
  3. Choose "Request Full Refund".
  4. Provide the reason for cancellation and any relevant context.
  5. Indievybe will process the refunds within 3–5 business days. Attendees will see the refund reflected on their original payment method.
Note: Full event refunds apply to all ticket holders and are final once processed.

Refunding Individual Attendees

  1. Go to the event’s Attendee List.
  2. Click the Info (i) icon beside the attendee's name.
  3. View the order details and select:
    • Full Refund
    • Partial Refund
    • Re-list Ticket for Resale

Refunds are generally completed within 3–7 business days.


Additional Policy Terms

Final Sale Tickets: Organizers may designate tickets as non-refundable, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
